Welcome to the interior of a Franconian speciality coffee roaster where sustainability meets design. This space reflects the company’s core values: ecological responsibility, social fairness and the art of daily fresh roasting. Crafted with care and intention, the interior is more than functional. It tells a story.

The most striking feature is the deep red felt that sweeps from ceiling to walls in one soft motion. Made from natural wool felt by a local Franconian manufacturer, this element is not only sustainable, but also improves acoustics, creating a calm, focused atmosphere. Fire safety regulations were carefully integrated without compromising the warm, inviting character of the room.

The layout is clean and thoughtfully symmetrical, promoting a sense of balance and ease. Only a single support beam gently interrupts the visual rhythm. A subtle reminder of the building’s honesty in form and structure. Shelving is minimal yet intuitive, making it easy for customers to find their favorite beans or discover something new.
